Sacred & Inspiring Literature!

The many CONTRADICTIONS & DISCREPANCIES in the Bible do not invalidate or cancel the Kingdom! For me the Bible is the “Word of God, but not the words of God”. I am a seeker of TRUTH, not a defender of any RELIGION!  My spirit RESONATES in the Christos that Jesus became, but not with stories of God that simply make no sense today- or EVER!  

The God-Father that Jesus presents to me loves ALL his CHILDREN. I simply cannot accept “as God” or even as “inspired by God” hundreds of ACTS attributed to God- acts that define his nature. My God would never be like he is depicted in Psalms 139:9 (as just one example) saying, “Happy is the one who takes your babies and smashes them against the rocks!” Happy you say?

How about SADISTIC!

What God would want to bash the brains out of BABIES who are still innocent, his own creation, because of what the parents have done. You want me to be INTIMATE with that sort of being? I am supposed to encourage people to LOVE this nature of a God? It simply was the thinking, the understanding, and the consciousness of those who lived 2,500 years ago.  Read more...
