Redskins To Stay With Zorn As Coach For Now
Washington Redskins head coach Jim Zorn is off of the hot seat-at least temporarily. After a recent swoon that saw him stripped of play calling duties for the NFL team, Zorn got a vote of confidence from upper management on Friday. His head isn’t entirely out of the noose, however, as the reprieve will last only to the end of the season unless some marked improvement is seen in the second half.
Executive Vice President of Football Operations Vinny Cerrato had the following statement:
“Jim Zorn is the head coach of the Washington Redskins and will be for the rest of this season, and hopefully into the future.”
“The frustration is very high, everywhere around here. But the relationships internally within this organization, quite frankly, remain the same.”
For his part, Zorn was unimpressed by the vote of ’semi-confidence’:
“I don’t necessarily have a reaction to that because I am the head coach. I want to be here for the next 10 years. That’s my story.”
While he didn’t express much personal relief from the management statement, he said he hoped it would benefit his players:

Stampeders Come Back To Beat Argos At Home
Judy Garland famously said in her role as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz that theres no place like home. The Toronto Argonauts would likely take issue with that sentiment. On Friday night, the Argos lost a close one to the Calgary Stampeders at the Rogers Centre by a final score of 23-20. The loss extended the Argos franchise record home losing streak to ten consecutive games, while dropping their overall record on the CFL season to 2-6. Calgary evened their record at 4-4 with the victory.
Calgary hasnt done well in Toronto in recent years, and Henry Burris was happy with the victory despite the Argos recent struggles on their own field:
“Rogers Centre has never been a fun place for us to play. We’ve had some tough games here against some hard-hitting Argos teams. This team has been through a lot and with the belief we have in one another, we were able to fight back and respond when it really counted.”
Toronto could have tied the game, but Argos coach Bart Andrus kept the offense on the field for a last ditch effort to score a touchdown rather than go for the tie.

Find The Top Movie Download Sites Fast
Owning a computer means that if you do not feel like going out to the movies and spending a fortune, you do not have to, not when you can choose from tons of movie download sites to get your movie fix and in the privacy of your own home. Below are some notes on what you should look for.
Always look for those who review these kinds of sites and read the reviews. You should look for those that have at least 4 stars if not 5 star rating. You want a site that people keep going back to. This is always a good sign.
Look to see if one of their features is to allow their members to download their favorite movies and music and then they can burn them for later use. Some sites may even supply their members with a program that will make CD and DVD covers for a professional look.

Exploring Your Mind Power
Your mind power is the most crucial thing that you have, with which to face life. It is that one tool you have in your hand that can transform the word ‘miracle’ into ‘possible’ for you. The power of the subconscious is tremendous. If used to its full potential, you can create your own destiny in the way you want with the help of your mind power.
When we were children, our parents and teachers taught us many things. They taught us how to dance, how to sing, how to work out formulae, how to frame sentences, how to draw, etc. They also taught us the fact of life that the only two things that cause success are those of backbreaking hard work or luck. But the question remains that why did they never tell us that all this could be accomplished by one’s mind power? That you can achieve the impossible and attain the miracle by unleashing the power of your subconscious mind?

How To Use Movie Download Sites Fully
With today’s economy being how it is, it is hard to find a movie rental store that is still in business without having to drive all over town. Dollar a day rental boxes have become very popular, but you can not guarantee they will have a movie you want to see. Going to the movies has become ridiculously overpriced, and out of many a persons budget. And who wants to pay for a DVD you may not even want to watch again? The best alternative to the above is using Movie Download Sites.
No matter your budget, there is a site for you. While many of these sites do charge per download for the newer movies, there are also many sites that will give you a vast array of older movies to download for free. Who doesn’t love a great classic movie?
Watching movies on the computer is a great with the proper equipment. A high speed connection is required to get the most out of the service. Also a computer with a fast processor will make the movie experience enjoyable. Another important piece of equipment is a high definition monitor.

UFC 92 Flashback: Mir Scores Knockout Win Over ‘Big Nog’
UFC 92 was a high impact affair, with Rashad Evans defeating Forrest Griffin by TKO to win the light heavyweight title and Frank Mir knocking out Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira to claim the UFC interim heavyweight title. The event had been dubbed The Ultimate 2008 and every one of the main cards six matches ended via TKO.
While nominally taking subordinate status to the Evans/Griffin main event the most shocking result by far was Frank Mir’s second round TKO stoppage of Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. Nogueira was the overwhelming favorite coming into the fight and had never been stopped inside the distance during a career where hed faced the best of the best: Fedor Emelianenko (three times), Josh Barnett (twice), Semmy Schilt and Mirko Cro Cop among many others. In the matchup to fill the Interim UFC title vacated by Randy Couture, Nogueira had absorbed a punching barrage from Tim Sylvia before gaining a submission victory.
Mir, meanwhile, had been on the verge of a full time move to the broadcast booth before his victory over WWE superstar turned MMA fighter Brock Lesnar. The conventional wisdom concerning Mir was that hed never fully recovered from a serious motorcycle accident in 2004 and that he was essentially a shot fighter physically, emotionally and psychologically.

What A Video Game Tester Should Know
It is not an easy job to be a Video Game Tester. You shouldn’t treat it like a game. Make sure you have taken note of everything that the company that you are working for requires. Once you know something you should write down very detailed reports, making the game developer jobs easier and making you look very professional. These are five steps to be a good video game tester.
1.) Make sure to read and reread everything that is in relation to game they send. This will give you a lot of information about the games. The game developers want your feedback on how well the game held up against the instructions they’ve sent you. They will often give you a deadline and a standard format for submitting evaluations.
2.) Remember that you’re not playing for fun and you are a tester not a player. It involves not just playing a game normally, having your own method of playing is more important for you to test out every aspect of the game. If the game features more than one character, play them all; be on the lookout for anything that doesn’t seem normal.

Smallville Season 10 – Michael Rosenbaum Is Not Returning
The CW network has announced that it will bring Smallvilleback for a 10th season, but unfortunately Lex Luthor is not coming along for the ride.
The long-running reboot of the Superman story, starring Tom Welling as Clark Kent and Erica Durance as Lois Lane, has enjoyed a ratings revival after being moved to Friday nights in the fall and will stretch it’s run into season ten with an unexpected rush of momentum. Smallville is currently the CW’s best performing show for male audiences and has dramatically improved their Friday night ratings.
Rumors were flying that Michael Rosenbaum would also return to the series and reprise his iconic role as Clark Kent’s greatest enemy Lex Luthor, but Rosenbaum has sadly debunked that report through Twitter.
Smallville revolves around the adventures of Clark Kent, a reporter for the Daily Planet newspaper and also a hero currently called The Blur, as he journeys from small town Kansas farm boy to Metropolis superhero. Clark Kent’s allies include the Green Arrow, who is played by Justin Hartley, and his enemies include the villainous Zod played by Callum Blue.

Jets Thump Texans Behind Rookie QB Sanchez
New York Jets rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez tracked down NFL legend Joe Namath before the game looking for a pep talk and some pointers. What the NFL Hall of Famer told him had a very beneficial effect. Sanchez looked very decidedly not like a rookie as he threw for 272 yards and a touchdown against one interception. More importantly, the Jets easily beat the host Houston Texans 24-7.
NFL sports betting enthusiasts who took the Jets as +4 road underdogs cashed their tickets with the outright win. New York improved to 10-8 ATS as an underdog over the past three NFL seasons. The combined 31 points scored went UNDER the posted total of 44.
After the game, Sanchez recounted what Namath had told him in his ersatz pep talk:
“What a pep talk. That was Joe Namath, just taking all the credit from himself and throwing it back to me and just saying, ‘Good luck.’ To hear that from a legend like that, it just kind of gives you the chills. It was something special to be a part of, an emotional start, an emotional little pep talk.”
For his part, Namath said he wasnt surprised to see Sanchez have such a solid NFL debut:

Falcons Top Panthers Behind Matt Ryan’s Big Day
The Atlanta Falcons are off to a fast start this season, and on Sunday used a potent offensive attack to top the Carolina Panthers 28-20 at the Georgia Dome. QB Matt Ryan threw a career high three touchdown passes, including one to his new favorite receiver Tony Gonzalez. Beleaguered Carolina QB Jake Delhomme threw another interception for ten in his previous three games (including last years playoff loss to Arizona) but was otherwise much more effective passing for 308 yards and a touchdown.
NFL football betting devotees who invested in the Falcons as -6 home favorites were rewarded with the pointspread cover. The Falcons have won and covered both games this season for a 2-0 record both straight up and against the spread. The Panthers, meanwhile, have dropped both of their 2009 contests straight up and to the number.
The offseason acquisition of Gonzalez has worked to a benefit of both so far. In his first two games in a Falcons uniform the future Hall of Famer has 12 catches for 144 yards and two touchdowns. Gonzalez wanted out of Kansas City to play for a contender, and hes found just that on a talented young Falcons team.
